Don’t panic – we’re usually able to provide an Express 24hr turn around. It’s best to call our studio as soon as possible, so we can check our availabilities

Once we have shot your images our standard turn around time is 4 working days. However if you require your images sooner than this we do offer 24hr, 48hr and 72hr turn arounds at additional prices.

Absolutely! We work very closely with the modelling agency Base and have great relationships with several freelance Hair Stylists and MUAs who we work with frequently. We can also outsource Stylists, Set Designers and any other additional recourses you may need.

Before any shoot we will send you over a booking form which lets us know important information such as the quantity of products to be shot, a shoot list and file requirements. There is also the option to upload image references for the photographers to work to. If your shoot is creative it’s also helpful to create a moodboard, either by collating images or using Pinterest, as this gives us a good understanding of what visual style you are looking for, and what range of content you need. Ideally, the more information we have before the shoot the better!

At Blend we pride ourselves on producing quality work without a hefty price tag. We value all our clients and whilst having set prices are also able to quote with flexibility and offer discounts when viable. You will have full use of your images, including print.

We will remove tags before shooting and re-apply them once complete. If you have any special requirements be sure to enter it on the booking form or let our booking manager know.

Absolutely! Our booking manager can answer any questions you may have via phone call, email or in person!

Our minimum spend is £250 on most occasions however if you have special circumstances it is best to speak to the booking manager.

Our team are highly experienced preparing all types of products/clothing for shooting. Once your items arrive they will be steamed and hung. Clothing will be shot in the most flattering way or according to any style guides provided. As you may not be present during the shoot, for best results, providing an example of how you want your clothing styled is recommended.

Our team of retouchers will colour match your items in house on professionally colour calibrated monitors. We recommend leaving your garments with us until images have been approved for this reason (generally 4 days from shooting) If you need your garments back before then please let our booking manager know.

Items will be sent back once images have been approved. If you need your items sooner please let our booking manager know.

 

We will be in contact regarding how and when you would like your items sent back.

You’re welcome to come down to our studio and drop them by, or alternatively send us a courier. Please give us a heads up before sending over a courier, and make sure they have your company name and address before pick-up.

Yes – we just need to know how large is large. We’re able to supply image sizes for all application – from web to billboard.

To ensure your garments look their best please send samples that fit the below mannequin sizes.

Of course! We have a lot of experience (and fun) shooting GIFS. If you’re confident in what you’d like your GIF to look like, send over your storyboard and we can discuss how we’ll shoot your idea. Otherwise – let us know your ideas, and we can help create a storyboard with you.

If you’re in need of any specific props, we’d be happy to source them.

However, we don’t store any props within our studio, so please do give us enough time prior to shooting to order any props.

Yes! We’re able to shoot on location. That includes outdoors, studios or in location houses. It’s best to have a chat with us when arranging location shoots.

Retouching is £60 per hour. Packshots include cutting out onto white, general cleanup and reflection/shadow. Our team of retouchers are highly skilled and can provide detailed quotes before commencing any work.

Yes, please provide a detailed shoot list so that we can ensure your images are delivered with correct file naming.

Generally we provide images in Full Resolution JPG. If you need any specific file formats or colour profiles (for example for print) please indicate on the booking form or let our booking manager know.

Yes. We take extreme care with your products to ensure they are returned to you in the same condition they arrive. For further information please read through our Terms and Conditions.
